Got questions?
I got you.
Making the decision about therapy can be confusing. Reach out for a call to figure it out together or start with the questions people ask me most often.
And most importantly, take
your time and trust your gut.

If you feel ready to try therapy with me, reach out for a consultation call. Consultation calls are free of charge and 30 minutes long. We will use this time to clear any remaining questions you might have and figure out a session slot that works for both of us.
For individuals living and earning in India, my charges are INR 1500. For individuals living and earning outside of India, it’s 40 USD. I also offer pro bono and sliding scale fees to anyone unable to afford the full fee.
As of July 2025, all pro bono and sliding scale slots are full. If you would like to be added to the waitlist, please fill in this form, and I will get back to you at the earliest.
We will get started by scheduling weekly sessions. Down the line, we may shift to bi-monthly sessions based on your progress. If you do not feel ready to commit to regular sessions, you can also request for standalone sessions.
Sessions are 60 minutes long.
Online sessions only.
I have a BA and an MSc in Psychology. This qualifies me to work as a Counselling Psychologist according to the Mental Healthcare Act, 2017.
I am currently pursuing a diploma in Presence Oriented Psychotherapy offered by Just Being Center in collaboration with St. Mira’s College for Girls. This qualifies me to work as a Mindfulness Facilitator and Presence Presence Oriented Psychotherapist.
The basic foundation of my work is mindfulness and compassionate presence. In my assessments and interventions, I draw from MBCT/MBSR, EFT, Attachment, IFS, and Somatic Psychology. My work is trauma-informed, queer affirmative, multiculturally informed, intersectional feminist, and anti-caste.
Concerned about my expertise on a specific topic? Bring it up in the free consultation call. This will help us determine early on if I am the right therapist for you. If we find that we are not a good fit, I will help you find someone who is.
You’ve probably heard that therapy is a slow process. While this is true, if you’re putting in the work, you will see the results – small shifts that build up over time. I like to think of this like going to the gym. You will not get strong immediately, but with each bicep curl, you get a fraction stronger. Therapy is like the gym, but for your mind.
Set aside a time and place where you can have privacy and will not be disturbed. Make sure your internet connection and devices are running smoothly. Some people like to bring a notebook to jot down things, others like to fiddle with something during the session – see if there’s anything you need to be comfortable. Feel free to bring beverages if you need to.
